We understand that sometimes your online purchase may not turn out as expected. At Wallcry.com we offer a simple and customer-friendly return and refund process for a hassle-free experience.

Wrong Item / Damaged Product / Incorrect Size / Incomplete Product / Manufacturing Defect

If your item arrives damaged or any of the above applies, we’ll gladly replace it with the correct product. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by chatting with us on WhatsApp at +91 9165081289 along with product photos.

  • We will arrange the return pickup of the product.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags, barcodes, labels, manuals, warranty cards, and invoices.
  • Returns must be securely packaged to avoid further damage during transit.
  • After return, the product will undergo a quality check to confirm the issue is valid and not due to misuse.

If any part of your order is missing, we will dispatch the missing item after verification.

Didn’t Like the Product / Quality Not as Expected / Changed My Mind

Our artwork goes through strict quality checks, but variations may occur due to screen settings or the handmade nature of art pieces.

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is unused and in original condition.
  • Returned items must include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • Products damaged in return shipping due to poor packaging are not eligible for refund.
  • Returns are subject to our internal quality verification before approval.

Note: If your return is not approved, it will be sent back to you, and return shipping charges must be borne by you.

Refund Process

  • Prepaid order refunds will be processed via reverse transaction to your original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you must provide your bank details.
  • COD service charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds take 5–7 working days after approval, depending on your bank.

DIY Painting Kits

DIY kits are non-returnable and non-refundable once used. Only unused kits returned with all parts are eligible for a refund or replacement.

Order Cancellation

  • To cancel your order, message us on WhatsApp at +91 9165081289 within 4 hours of placing the order.
  • Orders cancelled after 4 hours will incur a 20% deduction (as return shipping + handling fee), and 3% gateway charge for prepaid orders.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

Custom Product Orders

Custom-made products are:

  • Non-refundable
  • Non-cancelable
  • Non-exchangeable

Replacements are only possible if the received product is damaged or incorrect. You must notify us within 24 hours with photos.
